Completeness
We translate everything — stamps, seals, marginal notes, handwritten annotations. Not just the 'main text', but every element. Where something is illegible, we note it in the translation as 'illegible' with the location — both the Home Office and Tribunal accept this.
Name accuracy
The transliteration of a name must be consistent across all documents in the bundle. If the passport reads 'Karimov' and the degree reads 'Karimoff', tell us and we will standardise them. Discrepancies in names can delay the consideration of a case.
Context
If a document is unclear without context — for example, 'extract from the record' with no reference to the case — we will add a translator's note. This is part of our work, not an additional option.
Confidentiality
We do not publish, share, or pass files to third parties. Documents are held until the completed translation is delivered. We delete them on request, on the day of the request.
Speed
A bundle for a hearing is usually needed within a week. We can work at weekends and overnight if a deadline is pressing. Tell us the hearing date immediately so we can plan accordingly.

A bundle of 10–20 documents typically costs £250–£600, depending on volume and complexity. We understand that for most asylum seekers this is a significant sum.
Payment in instalments is available: half at the start (so we can begin), the balance when the completed translations are delivered. No interest, no additional charges.
We accept bank transfer, Revolut, and Wise. Cards are also accepted. Cash by prior arrangement at the office (appointment required).
Where you are represented by a solicitor, the solicitor typically pays directly and recovers the cost from the client.

Can I commission a translation of one document and add more later?
Yes. You can send documents as you find or receive them. We work through them as they arrive. Many clients start with a passport and add court judgments or medical reports as the case progresses.
My document is in Tajik Cyrillic and I am unsure the original is correct — what should I do?
Send it as it is. An ITI-certified translator will handle dialectal features, Soviet-era spelling, and non-standard formulations. If the original contains apparent errors, we will note them in the translation.
My solicitor has given me a document list in English — I cannot identify which document corresponds to what. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the solicitor's list and photographs of your documents. We will match them and clarify with you or directly with the solicitor which documents need translating.
My hearing is in five days — can you manage?
It depends on the volume. Message us on WhatsApp immediately with the date and the number of documents and we will give you an honest assessment. A standard bundle of five to seven documents within five days is usually achievable. A surcharge applies for express work.
I have already received a refusal. Can I commission translations for an appeal?
Yes. Translations for Upper Tribunal appeals or judicial review are the same service. If you have new documents or documents that were not translated for the first hearing, send them to us.
I need a translation of a court judgment relating to a family member who is currently in prison in my home country — is that possible?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests we receive. We translate documents concerning the detention, conviction, and imprisonment of family members. Send us a copy of the document and we will assess it.
If my case is closed or I receive status — can I have all my documents deleted?
Yes, at any time. Send a request by WhatsApp or email and we will delete all files within one working day and confirm that we have done so.
I am in the UK without permission to work. Does that affect payment?
No. Receiving translation services does not require a right to work. We accept payment by any convenient method — bank transfer, Revolut, Wise, cash. We do not ask about or verify your immigration status.
