What we do for solicitors
Full certified translation including stamps, seals and marginalia, with a Certificate of Accuracy on UK letterhead and the translator’s signature on every page. Formatted for UKVI, the Home Office and HMCTS.
Country evidence, witness statements, civil-registry and court documents in our specialist languages. We maintain cross-document consistency of names, dates and places across a bundle.
We source and translate Country of Origin material — local press, court rulings, government notices, NGO reports — for your COI specialist or counsel to use. We translate the sources; we do not write opinion or analysis.
Foreign-language witness evidence prepared to the CPR Part 32 format, and same-day express turnaround for tribunal deadlines — flag the deadline on enquiry.
How we work with firms
Email us the document list — no commitment. We typically respond with a quote within one working hour during business hours.
We sign a UK GDPR-compliant DPA before receiving any client documents. We are prepared to work to your firm’s standard template or to provide our own.
Encrypted email, secure file transfer, or your firm’s file-sharing portal. We do not accept client documents via unencrypted consumer apps.
Your documents are translated by our UK-based ITI Affiliate linguist and quality-checked before delivery, to the ISO 17100 translate–revise–check workflow. A Certificate of Accuracy is issued on company letterhead, signed and dated.
Itemised per document, addressed to your firm, with 14-day payment terms. No retainer, no minimum. Suitable for legal-aid disbursement claims.
If a Home Office or Tribunal rejection is attributable to translation quality, we re-issue the translation with a fresh Certificate of Accuracy at no cost.
What we don't do
Setting clear expectations helps solicitors assess fit before investing time in an enquiry.
We translate documents. We do not advise on immigration routes, applications or prospects — that is qualified legal work for you, not us.
We do not write Country of Origin Information reports or offer expert opinion. We do source and translate COI materials in our specialist languages for your COI specialist to use.
Every certified translation is produced by a human translator. We do not certify machine-translation output. The Certificate of Accuracy bears a real signature.
All certified work is carried out by our UK-based ITI Affiliate translator. We do not subcontract certified work to overseas agencies.
