For UK immigration & asylum solicitors
Certified translation built for immigration matters.
Central Asian and Russian-speaking evidence, translated and certified to UKVI & Tribunal standards — by a human translator, not a language model.

Why immigration solicitors use us
Central Asian specialism
Tajik, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Kazakh — translated in-house, not routed through an agency. Russian and Ukrainian also direct. We read the document, not a back-translation.
Human translator. No AI.
Every certified translation is produced and verified by a named translator. No Google Translate, no ChatGPT, no unedited machine output. The Certificate of Accuracy bears a real signature.
UKVI & Tribunal format
Certificate of Accuracy on every document, translator’s full contact details, page numbering, signature on every page — produced to the format UKVI and HMCTS caseworkers expect.
DPA & GDPR ready
ICO-registered UK company. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with any instructing firm, limit retention to what you specify, and return or destroy documents afterwards.
Direct invoicing to the firm
Itemised invoice in your firm’s name, payable 14 days. Suitable as a disbursement on legal-aid files. Pay per job — no retainer, no minimum commitment.
Direct line, not a queue
You (or your paralegal) speak to the translator — not to a support pool. Quotes typically come back within an hour, and we flag anything unusual in the document before we start.

How Home Office certification works
The UK does not operate a sworn-translator register. What UKVI and HMCTS require, per gov.uk/certifying-a-document, is a translation accompanied by a statement that:
- confirms it is an accurate translation of the original;
- bears the date of the translation;
- includes the translator’s full name and signature;
- includes the translator’s contact details.
We issue that statement on every document, on company letterhead, with a unique translation reference number, and with the translator named and signed.
“We, PRVD.LDN (a trading name of Mendee Digital Ltd), hereby certify that the attached translation into English has been carried out by us and, to the best of our knowledge and belief, is a true and accurate translation of the original document attached hereto.”
Redacted sample available on request. We can send a dummy bundle matched to your firm’s typical document mix so you see exactly what arrives.
Frequently asked by firms
Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. We execute a GDPR-compliant DPA with any firm that sends us client documents. We are ICO-registered (Mendee Digital Ltd, Co. No. 14071822) and retain documents only for the retention period specified in the DPA, after which they are securely destroyed.
Can your translations be used for legal aid matters?
Yes. Our certified translations meet the UKVI and HM Courts & Tribunals Service formatting requirements. For legal-aid invoicing, we issue itemised invoices to your firm that can be submitted as disbursements, subject to your firm's standard process.
What is your standard turnaround?
48 hours for single documents and small packs (up to 5 docs). 3–5 working days for larger asylum bundles. Same-day express is available for tribunal deadlines — please flag on enquiry.
Which languages do you cover directly, without agency markup?
Central Asian languages are our specialism and are translated in-house: Tajik, Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Kazakh, Russian, Ukrainian. We do not outsource or use AI / Google Translate for certified work. Other languages by arrangement.
How does invoicing work for firms?
Every job is invoiced individually to your firm with 14-day payment terms — no retainer, no minimum commitment. Invoices itemise per document so they can be recovered as disbursements on legal-aid files where appropriate.
If the Home Office or a Tribunal rejects a translation, what happens?
We re-issue it at no cost and provide a fresh Certificate of Accuracy. Across 100+ asylum matters to date we have had zero UKVI rejections due to translation quality.
Do you provide Country of Origin Information (COI) reports?
No — we are translators, not country experts. However, we source and translate COI materials in Central Asian languages on request: local press, court rulings, government notices, NGO reports, regional social-media archives. Your COI specialist or counsel uses the translated sources; we do not offer opinion or analysis.
Send us a document — we’ll quote within an hour.
