How this site handles data.

What this website collects

Visit statistics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful — aggregate statistics about how the site is used, never who you are. It runs by default under the UK statistics exception introduced by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, which permits analytics without a consent banner provided the data is used solely to improve the service, you are clearly informed, and you can opt out easily and free of charge — which you can do in the settings below. All advertising features are disabled: ad storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are off, and Google's data-sharing settings are disabled, so the data is not used for advertising or by Google for its own purposes. Statistics include counting clicks on our contact buttons (email, WhatsApp, Telegram) so we know which contact routes work. Nothing is used for marketing, profiling or advertising of any kind.

Session replay (Microsoft Clarity) — only with your consent. If you allow it on the banner, Microsoft Clarity records an anonymised replay of your visit — pages viewed, clicks and scrolling — so we can find and fix confusing pages. Text entered into form fields is masked by Clarity by default. Clarity never loads unless you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time in the settings below.

Contact. If you email us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to reply and, where instructed, to provide translation services. There are no forms on this website.

Analytics & cookie settings

Your choices take effect immediately and are remembered in this browser on this device.

Storage this site uses: _ga and _ga_* cookies (Google Analytics — only while visit statistics are on); _clck and _clsk cookies (Microsoft Clarity — only after you allow session replay); and two small local-storage values that remember the choices you make here. Nothing else — no third-party advertising cookies of any kind.

Client documents

Documents for translation are never uploaded through this website. For law firms, we execute a UK GDPR Article 28 Data Processing Agreement before any client documents are transferred, accept files only via encrypted or firm-approved channels, retain them only for the period specified in the DPA, and securely delete them on expiry or on written request — with written confirmation of destruction on request. Legal and asylum documents are treated as special-category data.

Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Write to [email protected].

Scope of service

PRVD.LDN provides translation services only. Mendee.Digital Ltd is not registered with the UK Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and does not provide regulated immigration advice. We do not assess eligibility, recommend application strategy, or advise on case content — for immigration advice, instruct an IAA-regulated adviser or a qualified solicitor (gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser). We do not write Country of Origin Information opinion or analysis; we translate sources for the instructing solicitor's specialist to use.

Terms in brief

Work is quoted per matter and begins on written confirmation. Certified translations are issued with a signed, dated Certificate of Accuracy on company letterhead. For law firms: itemised invoices addressed to the firm, 14-day payment terms. If a Home Office or Tribunal rejection is attributable to translation quality, we re-issue the translation with a fresh Certificate of Accuracy at no cost.
