Scope note. Each item summary is a neutral, factual description of the source — no analysis, no opinion, no editorial interpretation. The translation itself is a faithful rendering of the original, with a Certificate of Accuracy stating the source language, date and translator.
Where a publisher offers both English and original-language versions, we translate only the original-language version. If the publisher has already produced an official English version (for example Forum 18's English articles), we note that the English version exists and recommend citing it directly rather than commissioning a fresh translation.
