Documents are stored on encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only. We are registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and comply with UK GDPR.
How long we keep it
We keep your documents and data for up to 12 months after completing your order, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

We provide certified document translation and interpreting services. All translations are certified by a qualified translator and include a statement of accuracy, signature, and stamp.
Scope — what we do NOT do
PRVD.LDN is a translation service, not an immigration adviser. Mendee Digital Ltd is not registered with the UK Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) and does not provide regulated immigration advice or services. We do not assess visa eligibility, recommend application strategy, or advise on case content. For advice on your specific immigration matter, consult an IAA-regulated adviser or a solicitor with immigration qualifications (see gov.uk/find-an-immigration-adviser).
How to order
Send us a photo or scan of your document via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. We will provide a quote and estimated delivery time. Work begins after you confirm the order and payment.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted individually based on the document. Payment is accepted by bank transfer or card. Payment is due before the translation is started, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
Completed translations are delivered by email as PDF files. Standard delivery: 1–3 business days. Urgent delivery (12 hours): +50% of standard price.
Quality guarantee
If your translation is rejected by the Home Office or a tribunal due to a formatting or certification error on our part, we will correct it free of charge.
Confidentiality
All documents are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, disclose, or discuss your documents or case with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the translation service provided. We are not responsible for the outcome of your application or case.
