Avesta news report (Russian, 7 June 2025) reports a denial issued by the Press Service of the Tajik Ministry of Internal Affairs in response to a 4 June 2025 Radio Ozodi report titled “Charges against five persons, including a native of Tajikistan, for disclosure of state secrets in France”. The article reports Radio Ozodi’s piece stated that David Botsaev, founder and head of Archange Solutions Osint, was a citizen of Tajikistan. The article reports the Interior Ministry’s statement that this information is not accurate and quotes the Ministry saying Botsaev “is not a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan, he is only a citizen of France”. The article does not describe the underlying French case beyond the Radio Ozodi report title. The MVD press service is cited as the sole source.
